Musical Arts Schoolhouse Fall Performance

Last month we gathered for the MAS Fall Art and Music Performance. The students proudly displayed their fall-themed artwork that included artist history lessons. It's really a neat program that they have and exposes the children to art at such a young age. I think I've written about it before, but we'll be out places and Ava will take notice of artwork on the wall, just making general observations about it. But the fact that she even notices art tells me that she is acquiring an appreciation for it.

Ava also participated in the music portion of the MAS program, showcasing rhythmic pieces and demonstrating new skills on the piano. The piano concepts are simple and allow for children to develop at their own pace.
